HSBC Bank loses popularity with investors and customers

HSBC Plc, one of the world’s largest global banks, recently lost a bid to delay a lawsuit by investors in a Dublin mutual fund who claim the bank failed them in its role as custodian for money that was lost in Bernard Madoff’s Ponzi scheme.
